Refunds

Our editions are digital downloads, so the usual EU rules for digital content apply.

Before you download

You have 14 days from purchase to change your mind. Write to us and we will refund you in full.

Once you have downloaded

When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away. By downloading a file you accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends, because the content has then been supplied. A three-product pass counts as downloaded for each product you have chosen; All-access counts as downloaded once you download any file.

If something is wrong

If a file is faulty, will not open on your device, or does not match its description, tell us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you. This applies whether or not you have downloaded.

How to ask

Email hello@cedergrenpress.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the Creem receipt. Refunds are paid by Creem to your original payment method, usually within a few working days. A refunded purchase is removed from your library.
